The Western Australian Jurist

The Western Australian Jurist is the annual peer-reviewed journal of the Western Australian Legal Theory Association. The editors of the Western Australian Jurist welcome contributions of articles, short essays and reviews. Contributions should be emailed as an attachment to the editor in an editable format (eg .doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf). The editors prefer articles that have been written and formatted in compliance with the Australian Guide to Legal Citation.
